The event was also participated by the Department of Agriculture Engineering (DAEng) and the Department of Agriculture Land Resource Management (DALRM). Machineries and seeds for conservation agriculture were also presented during the field showcasing by our private sector partners such as Larano Workshop and SmartAgro. The main objective of this field showcase was to raise the awareness about the benefits of conservation agriculture and to also demonstrate the practice of conservation agriculture to our small holder farmers and service providers. It is also worth noting that Metkasekor Model is an extension model owned and led by the Department of Extension of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries with a mission to raise an awareness of the benefits of practicing conservation agriculture to our farmers and as well as to maintain quality of the soil
